What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Zephaniah 3:17 – One of the saddest and darkest times in my life was when my dad was dying. This verse became a source of great comfort because it reminded me that God loved me in my weakness and frailty.

Where did you grow up, and where have you lived?
I grew up in Miami and Jacksonville, Florida. For the last thirteen years, I have had the privilege of watching Greenville grow and flourish into the beautiful city we have now.

What do you love about serving at MRCA?
I love the many wonderful families and children! The opportunity to be a part of a family environment is a blessing.

Besides Jesus, who is the person you would most want to meet?
Darlene Diebler Rose – she was captured during WW2 and demonstrated an obedience to God’s calling in all circumstances and held unwavering faith. I would love to listen, glean wisdom, and sit at the feet of this godly woman.

What are your hobbies?
I love running and working out. On my bucket list is to run the New York and Boston marathons one day!

What was the best vacation you ever took and why?
My favorite vacation was when my husband and three girls had the opportunity to go to Puerto Rico and see the excitement through their eyes of flying in a plane, hiking El Yunque National Forest which is a spectacular rainforest, and swimming with so many tropical fish!

What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
I enjoy beginning my weekend with a slow cup of coffee, and long run, and special time with my family.

Which Bible story has grown your faith the most?
The courage, obedience, and love of Esther has always made her story one of my favorites.
