What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Proverbs 31:30 reminds me that fearing and honoring the Lord with my life is SO much more important than outer beauty.

Where did you grow up, and where have you lived?
I have lived in Taylors, SC, my entire life! Living in the Upstate is just wonderful!

What do you love about serving at MRCA?
The culture is so wholesome! I love the emphasis on Biblical integration and the seriousness about spiritual growth.

Besides Jesus, who is the person you would most want to meet?
I’d love to meet George Bush (and Laura), Joanna and Chip Gaines, Steph Curry, and Princess Kate.

What are your hobbies?
Playing the piano, uploading tutorials to my YouTube channel, reading home décor magazines, hiking, biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and kayaking

What was the best vacation you ever took and why?
Hawaii! While my brother and sister-in-law lived there for three months for a travel nurse job, I spent two weeks with them. The hikes and views were unbelievably gorgeous – prettier than calendar photos.

What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
Relaxing! We love to hike, spend time with my grandparents and family, walk downtown, go to a good play or concert, and catch up on some rest.

Which Bible story has grown your faith the most?
Probably Ruth or Esther… both of those stories show how intricately God directs our lives when we let Him lead. Sometimes, major life moves are revealed in simple ways. But HIS way is always perfect and good, even when I don’t understand. Sometimes, I look back at different areas of my life and see how clearly God has led me and protected me. I’m overwhelmed by His care and guidance.
