What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
My favorite bible verse is Zephaniah 3:17 because it shows the depth of God’s delight in us and his protection over us.

Where did you grow up, and where have you lived?
I grew up in Marietta, Georgia and have lived there my whole life until moving to Greenville in 2018.

What do you love about serving at MRCA?
I love serving at MRCA because it has a mission that I fully support and it allows me to accomplish my goals. My goals are to invest in kids and love them well while teaching them and showing them how God is in everything. I am thankful that MRCA lets me do this and also be a part of their mission.

Besides Jesus, who is the person you would most want to meet?
I would love to meet Dietrich Bonhoeffer because he is very inspiring to me and I wish I could sit down and talk with him about his life.

What are your hobbies?
Reading, baking, learning new languages, and hiking.

What was the best vacation you ever took and why?
The best vacation I ever took was actually a study abroad trip to Rome, Italy for 3 months. It was 3 months of studying ancient Rome and Latin, eating gelato, and walking all over the city and exploring.

What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
My favorite way to spend a weekend is at home sleeping, watching a good movie, reading a good book, cooking something delicious and spending time with my husband.

Which Bible story has grown your faith the most?
My favorite story from the Bible, and one that I keep coming back to glean from, is the story of Ruth. Seeing Boaz as the kinsman redeemer is such a beautiful picture of Jesus to me, and seeing Ruth’s faithfulness and perseverance in trials encourages me.
