What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Philippians 4:13 is my favorite verse because it carried me through a really hard time 19 years ago.

Where did you grow up, and where have you lived?
I grew up in the Blue Ridge area of Greer, SC. We lived in Eastern Kentucky for seven years and returned to SC twelve years ago.

What do you love about serving at MRCA? 
I love not only tutoring the students, but also encouraging them. I love the family atmosphere among the staff.

Besides Jesus, who is the person you would most want to meet? 
I look forward to meeting Paul.

What are your hobbies?
I teach aerobics at a local gym and enjoy kickboxing for myself.

What was the best vacation you ever took and why?
The best vacation thus far has been to St. Thomas, my husband and I took our children to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It is beautiful and we treated ourselves to a luxurious vacation, which doesn’t happen very often, so it made it more special.

What is your favorite way to spend a weekend?
My favorite way to spend a weekend is to have nothing to do.

The story of Joseph because he stayed faithful through the trials of life
